Every unit has it's own single designated parking sport, though there are numerous unmarked free spots for guest parking or additional vehicles. All applicants aged 18 or older will need to fill out an application, pay a $50 fee for each application, submit a copy of photo ID, agree to a background check, and submit proof of income.
